Refunds of deposit will be made if cancellation notice is received eight calendar days prior to arrival date. If less than eight days and we can re-rent the room the refund will then apply.
With stays of 3 or more nights,the refund of deposit will be made if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. If less than 14 days and we can not re-rent the room the refund of deposit will then apply to the re-rented dates.
