Great B&B, the wine and cheese in the early evening was an extra touch, along with the cookie jar outside the rooms. |

It was our first experience at a B & B and it was wonderful. We would do it again in a minute. The Dunn's were excellent hosts and it was very clean and decorated beautifully. |

Charming and private. They make a fabulous breakfast. Also, good food and fun close by. Great place to stay if you want to go bicycling and/or play golf. |

We are bicyclers and this is very convenient to the trails. We are repeat customers-this B&B is habit forming. Jennifer's wonderful breakfast will keep you bicycling all day! |

We had a group of 8 women and signed up for a Murder Mystery program. We had great fun, the accomodations were beautiful, food was great and our annual women's weekend was a success. |

Jennifer was so friendly and very informative about the house and the antiques inside. She had many added extras for use in the rooms in case you forgot something. The special games were a nice touch. Also, she's an excellent cook! |

The innkeeper was very cordial. She gave use a brief tour upon arrival & then left us to ourselves. The decor was gorgeous--old woodwork & carved banisters. The room had such nice little touches--basket of toiletries, games & cards, books & magazines, candies, nice big bottle of shower gel in the shower. Wine & cheese buffet the evening of our arrival was welcome repast. I was able to check room availability on-line & made my reservation on-line--very convenient!! |

They won't be disappointed. The house was amazing, the innkeepers were warm and welcoming. The outstanding breakfasts made you feel pampered. The room was very clean, and they are centrally located to a lot of activities and things to do. Couldn't ask for more. |

The link to the website was very user friendly. The pictures depicted a "dream come true" and that is exactly what my spouse and I got. Decor, atmosphere, hospitality and breakfasts were beyond my dreams. We had a great restful time and were not anxious to return to our own home. Each day and night we felt like we were in our own home, but better!! |

It was a wonderful experience. The main point of our trip was to go bike riding on the nearby trail, but our time at the Franklin Victorian became the best part of our stay. Jennifer was so sweet, and her personal attention to details both in the room and throughout the house were perfect. The breakfast was delicious and we can't wait to go back later this year! |

Our hostess was outstanding. She thought of everything to make our stay a pleasant one. When my husband wanted to order in pizza on our second day there, she went and picked it up because the pizza store didn't deliver!! |

The owners, Jennifer and Steve, make you feel like family and that the house is yours too. They provide many extras which make the stay truely memorable. I have stayed several times and will do so again. |

This was the first time that I have stayed at a B & B and the experience was wonderful. Steve and Jennifer were really welcoming and the room was beautiful. I would tell anyone to stay here if they were going to ride the Elroy-Sparta Trail! |

I have stayed in both The Franklin Suite and Bethany's Room on separate trips. Both were wonderful stays in a very quiet town. Jennifer has the details down - you won't regret staying here! |
