Guests often enjoy sitting and relaxing on the front porch reading or watching activity going on in front of the house. Its curved shape is a unique feature of the home.

Yard at Night
The windmill is part of the legacy left by Dr. Groeneweg, whose hobby was to build ornaments made of stones and shells in the yard. Since he was of Dutch background, the windmill is one of the ornaments he built and is still here.

Siefert Room
One of our four beautifully decorated rooms feature wood floors, tray ceilings, stenciling, private bath, and queen bed with daybed for a third person, and handmade quilts. It is named for the people who built the home in the 1890's. We've lovingly and carefully furnished the room. Come see for yourself!

Garden Room
Another guestroom overlooking City Park with a view toward Main Street is the Garden Room. Donna made the sunflower quilt in this room. The room has an antique oak bed and a dresser plus a hide-a-bed love seat for a third person. The hall bath is shared with the Groeneweg Room. This was one of the rooms used as a chiropractic room during Dr.Groeneweg's practice in the home.

Groeneweg Room
The Groeneweg Room, decorated with blue and beige, is named after the second owner of the home, Dr. and Mrs. Groeneweg. He was Reedsburg's first chiropractor and had his practice in the home from 1929-42. It has a view of City Park. It has a queen-size bed and a hardwood floor. This room shares a hall bath with the Garden Room.
