Check In Policy:
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. There is a late check-in procedure if an arrival after 10:00 pm is expected. Please contact the Innkeeper for details. Doors will be locked after 10:00 pm, and no outside visitors are allowed in after 10:00 pm. Call for more details.
Cancellation Policy:
Weeknight reservations (Sunday - Thursday) require a two day cancellation notice. Weekend reservations (Friday or Saturday) require a seven day cancellation notice. Less than two days or seven days notice will result in the issuance of a gift certificate in the full amount of the deposit. Gift certificates as a result of cancellation will be valid for one year from the date of issue. All cancellations must be made by phone in order to ensure notice in a timely manner. Cancellations are not valid until confirmed by the Innkeeper and accompanied by a cancellation number.
Children: Children Welcome
Well behaved children over the age of 12 are welcome. Please contact us for special arrangements.
Deposit Policy:
A 50% reservation deposit in the form of a major credit card, debit card or prepayment by check is required to guarantee your reservation. Room rates include a full breakfast each day.
Pets Welcome
We are unable to accommodate pets. Please make arrangements to board your pets prior to arrival.
Smoking:
The Fountain Chateau Bed and Breakfast is a smoke free property. Smoking is not permitted on the grounds of Fountain Chateau.
