This was our first-ever stay at a B&B, and wow, what a weekend! The property was gorgeous, sparkling-clean and cozy with a stunning lake view, and the innkeepers, Dave and Trudy, were friendly, fun and welcoming while at the same time respecting the privacy we sought for our weekend getaway. The food was scrumptious and the evening wine & hors d'oeuvres hour was awesome. The inn also has on-site hiking trails, a large hot tub under the stars, a campfire area, and many other amenities, but if you're looking to explore further, the nearby Baraboo, Wisconsin, area also offers lots of great restaurants to choose from, as well as state-park hiking trails, shopping and entertainment choices. Whether you're looking to hole up for a romantic weekend or just set up a home-base for a few days, you just can't go wrong with the Inn at Wawanissee Point. We will definitely be returning!

The Inn at Wawanissee Point was a wonderful place to stay. The view from the great room was breathtaking. I can only imagine what it looks like in the fall. The food was absolutly delicious and the hospitalilty of the inn keepers was wonderful. Trudy and Dave made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. I would go back and stay again in a heartbeat. Anyone staying in the Baraboo area should definitly check this beautiful Inn out, you will not be dissapointed.

We B&B frequently and were very pleased to find this treasure only an hour and a half from home. Everything exceeded our expectations - the property, the inn, our room, the food, the innkeepers, etc. We definitely will return to this B&B and recommend it to our friends.
