Delightfully located in a hillside orchard, minutes from downtown Yakima, and Washington Wine Country. Four spacious rooms include the Orchard Room, Sangiovese Room, or Riesling Room, with custom-made queen bed, private baths, jetted tubs, satellite TV/Music, coffee maker.

Upstairs is the Northwest Room with outside stairway entrance and private deck. Amenities in this room include terry robes, TV/VCR, electric fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, queen-sized bed, double-bed futon sofa, and stunning views over the orchards and Cascade foothills.
Perfect for "extra privacy", families, or extended stays.

Cancellation Policy:
7-days advance notice required, 14-days for two rooms or more. Entire stay is charged, unless rooms can be re-rented for same dates.

Suki, our Lhasa Apso, lives in our house, but not in the B&B. Miss Kitty, is the Inn's cat, and lives outside only.

No smoking, either inside, or outside on the grounds.
