The Orchard Inn Bed and Breakfast is delightfully located in a hillside orchard, minutes from downtown Yakima, and Washington Wine Country. Enjoy the casual European atmosphere of this musical home. Savor gourmet breakfasts served in the Italian, German or outdoor pergola (in season) dining areas.

Four spacious rooms include the Orchard Room, Sangiovese Room, or Riesling Room, each with custom-made queen bed, private bath with jetted tub, satellite TV/Music, and coffee maker. Upstairs is the Northwest Room with outside stairway entrance and private deck. Amenities in this room include private bathroom with shower, terry robes, TV/VCR, electric fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, queen-sized bed, double-bed futon sofa, and stunning views over the orchards and Cascade foothills. Perfect for "extra privacy", families, or extended stays. Friendly, knowledgeable hosts will help with your visit in the Yakima Valley and the surrounding area.

Full, gourmet breakfast served from 8:00am-9:30am. For early departure, breakfast is provided in the butler's pantry, and includes everything except the hot entree.

4:00-6:00pm, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

11:00am, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy:
7-days advance notice required 14-days for two rooms or more. Entire stay is charged, unless rooms can be re-rented for same dates.

Subject to availability of an appropriate room, with consideration for all B&B guests during the dates requested. Please provide your own crib/high chair/booster seat, etc.

Deposit Policy:
One night payment is required to confirm a reservation. Balance for entire stay is due upon arrival.
Pets Welcome
Dogs only. Subject to availability of the one room in which we allow a dog. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are welcome. No cats or other types of pets. Please provide your own kennel or crate in the guest room.
Pets Living At Inn: Yes
Suki, our Lhasa Apso, lives in our house, but not in the B&B. Miss Kitty, is the Inn's cat, and lives outside only.
Smoking: No
No smoking, either inside, or outside on the grounds.
