Innkeeper Penny Maxwell Bingham waits to welcome you for a delightful stay. Special events, such as club and business lunches, and Afternoon High Tea can be arranged for your group or organization.

The Maxwell House, a charming 100 year old Craftsman home, is owned and operated by Penny Maxwell Bingham. Penny has been an innkeeper for over 10 years and delights in providing her guests with wonderful hospitality. For the last several months, she has been overseeing a fantastic remodel of this exquisite home to welcome her first guests in May, 2006.

A full refund will be given for all days reserved minus a $35 service charge for cancellations received 14 or more days prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice we will provide a full refund (less the $35 service charge) only if we are able to re-book the room.
