Prospect Suite

The Prospect Suite is named after Tacoma's Prospect Hill and is part of the Puget Sound view beyond its two large picture windows. The suite is appointed with a large queen four poster plantation bed, additional antique furnishings, ceiling light fan, and has an extremely large private bath with separate wardrobe / sitting area. The master bath features a two-person jetted tub, large shower, and antique cabinet washbasin.

The Branch Quarters is named after the original master of the house, William T. Branch. Fittingly, the suite is our most opulent, featuring Louis XIV antique furnishings, large fireplace, two large picture windows with views of Puget Sound and Commencement Bay, sitting space to enjoy the fire or view, and large private bathroom. The master bath includes a two-person jetted tub and shower, antique cabinet and pedestal sink.

Bullard Room

The Bullard Room is named after the Branch Colonial House's commissioned architect, George W. Bullard. Mr. Bullard was a prominent architect for many years in Tacoma, designing several historical buildings within the surrounding neighborhood. The room is appointed with an antique queen size bed, additional antique furnishings, Bose Waveradio/CD, cable TV and VCR.
