Capitol Guest House, located just 10 blocks from Downtown Seattle, provides a quiet oasis for travelers, professionals on work related travel, medical students on rotation and those in between housing. We are in the heart of one of Seattle's trendiest neighborhoods, Capitol Hill and walking distance from the Pike/Pine Corridor, Downtown, Madison Valley, Seattle University, SCCC, Harbor view, Swedish & Group Health Hospitals.
Our guest rooms are fully furnished with bed, desk and chair, lounging chair and television. Wireless internet access and off-street parking are complimentary. Laundry room is also available on-site. Ask about our upper floor rooms with gorgeous views of Lake Washington, Mt. Rainier and the Cascade Mountain range. |

Dogs 15 lbs. or under are welcome at an additional charge of $15/nt. Pets are to be supervised at all times while on the premises and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms. Guest assumes full financial responsibility for damages or any additional cleaning required. We will supply additional towels for wet paws and a pet blanket for the bed.
