The Garden suite, a lovely fully equipped two bedroom apartment, is also available for weekly and monthly rentals or 3+ night stays during high season. Personal attention and an ambiance of welcome and comfort make it your home away from home. Located just minutes from Seattle Center, downtown, Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square and the universities, the inn is on the west slope of Queen Anne Hill across from Magnolia and just south of the Ballard Bridge and Fremont.
The Inn of Twin Gables is a classic Arts & Crafts home with original interior woodwork, boxed-beam ceilings and old world fir floors. An enclosed sun porch for morning coffee and sunset viewing, allow for a cozy atmosphere with period antique furnishings and accessories. |

Enjoy a sumptuous hot gourmet breakfast in our formal dining room at 8:30 every morning. For special consideration, or if you are unable to join us for breakfast, please let us know the prior day! Before 8:00 am, we can arrange a continental breakfast for you. We always check with our guests and try to accommodate dietary restrictions. A typical breakfast includes choice of juice and hot beverage, fresh fruit dish and main course. Our specialties are prepared with garden-grown herbs:

Check In Policy: |
Check-in is by appointment only and rooms are guaranteed ready after 4 PM. If you wish to come by earlier to check in, drop bags and pick up keys, that can be pre-arranged. We understand that you may know at what time you will arrive, BUT, PLEASE ADVISE US IN ADVANCE SO THAT WE MAY PLAN OUR DAY AND, SO THAT WE MAY BE SURE THERE IS SOMEONE HERE TO GREET YOU. We do like to set a one-hour window for arrival so that we may get out and run our errands.

Check out is 11:00 AM. If you have a late departure scheduled, we can certainly store your baggage. |
Cancellation Policy: |
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 handling fee. Earlier than 7 days prior to reservation (14 days for holiday bookings, special events and long term) there will be no additional charge for cancellations or changes. Within the 7 (14) days, for cancellations or shortening of stay, the guest is responsible for a minimum charge equal to one night's reservation and a maximum charge for each night the room remains vacant. No-Shows will be charged full reservation. |

Deposit Policy: |
At the time of booking, we require a 1-night deposit for a 1-6 night stay, 50% for stays of 7 nights or longer or multiple rooms. Balance due at check-in. |
Pets Welcome |
Small - medium sized dogs are allowed in the Garden Suite with prior approval with a cleaning deposit. Our vet, Elliott Bay Animal Hospital can provide lodging for your pet by prior arrangement. Their website is: http://www.elliottbayah.com/boarding.html. |

Our two toy poodles do not have dander, thus do not cause allergic reactions, nor are they allowed in guest rooms. There is a gate on the Garden Suite garden which is closed when there are guests so the poodles cannot enter. |
