Your hosts, Joyce and Steve, invite you to enjoy the gracious ambiance of this classic, Seattle Style Bed & Breakfast Inn. The elegant 1915 Georgian Colonial home is perched on a peaceful hill in Seattle's University district. A gently sloping staircase leads you from the street level up to our gardens and into our antique filled entryway.
The inn is located ten minutes from the downtown attractions and a short walk from the University of Washington campus. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable, feature porches, gas fireplaces, and suites with kitchens.
