A bright, clean, tastefully furnished cozy apartment, living room, bedroom, (guests always comment on the great bed and wonderful night's sleep) bath, kitchenette, an amazing setting. Cable TV, cd, telephone, maps, books and more.
Aside from the privacy, cleanliness, warmth, convenient and interesting location the Tulip Pedal has lots of windows and a covered deck over-looking the valley with a 180, 50 mile wide view from north to south and to the east to foothills of the North Cascades with Mount Baker crowning above it all...and the ever-changing farmland - from tulips to potatoes, blueberries and corn, it's a lush and rich farmland yet an hour from Seattle and an hour from Vancouver, British Columbia AND 20 minutes to the ferries to the San Juan Islands.
Active folks, outdoor enthusiasts, come mountain or road bike, cycle back roads, hike, kayak, drive to high vistas, see incredible views, the ocean, beach walk, bird watch. Enjoy quaint shops, fine dining, microbrewery, pubs, fine art, museums, used book stores, tour boats, ferry boats, San Juan Islands, saltwater beaches, Seabirds, the Heron, flowers, the tulips and wild Iris, fresh summer produce.
