Composed entirely of logs in 1889 the Log House Inn was a meeting place for all the gold miners and pack mule train drivers heading up the Skagit River. There have been several additions added to the main structure over the years and recently it has been used as a restaurant and cocktail lounge. Today the building is being remodeled back into an inn with ten rooms downstairs and five upstairs.
It is now called the BUFFALO RUN INN, with air conditioned luxury rooms, queen beds, cable TV, kitchenettes, in-room coffee. When you arrive, please register at the BUFFALO RUN RESTAURANT, across the street. Each registered guest will receive a 10% discount on his or her restaurant bill, by presenting the room key! |
