Run of the River Inn & Refuge rests on a high water channel of the Icicle River — about a half mile upriver from the Bavarian town of Leavenworth, WA. We are a luxury inn surrounded on two sides by Washington Department of Wildlife bird refuge, home to deer, coyote, and the occasional bear and elk. It's birder's paradise where guest regularly spy great blue heron, osprey, owls, kingfishers, geese and a variety of ducks.
