Check-in time is 4:00PM or after. Late arrival arrangements must be made in advance.

Check-out time is promptly at 11:00AM.

If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, there is a $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same nightly rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 or 8% (whichever is greater) Cancellation Fee applies.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
