All Mt. Baker Lodging private vacation properties are self-catered, and have full kitchens or kitchenettes. On premise catering is also available by advance request at additional charge.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Check-in time is 4:00PM or after. Late arrival arrangments must be made in advance.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is promptly at 11:00AM.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, there is a $65.00 Cancellation Fee, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount. *unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same nightly rental rate, in which case only the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies.

Some vacation properties are better suited than others for small children. Please inquire. Well behaved children are always welcome at Mt. Baker Lodging!

Deposit Policy:
An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
