Welcome to the Tucker House Inn Bed and Breakfast in Washington. This newly-renovated 1898 Victorian inn with cottages is nestled in a quiet Friday Harbor neighborhood, just 2 blocks from the ferry landing and center of town. All rooms feature private baths, TV/VCRs and a delivered breakfast. Some rooms include 2-person whirlpool tubs, balconies, woodstoves, kitchenettes and private entrances. Families and pets are welcome in our cottages.
The Tucker House B&B is comprised of two renovated Victorian homes and three cottages. Situated on one-half a residential block, the property includes ample on-site parking, manicured grounds, a large, private deck and outdoor hot tub. The property also offers many common areas including a sitting room, video/library room, solarium, and outdoor decks/patios. In San Juan Island and Friday Harbor, you'll find the best of the Pacific Northwest: pristine beaches, wildlife, amazing views, and fabulous restaurants. With all this, San Juan Island is a premier destination any time of year.

Should you arrive early, we'd be happy to store your luggage for you until your room is ready. If you plan on arriving later than 6 pm, we ask that you please give us a call so that we can make arrangements to leave you keys.

11am We are happy to store your luggage after checkout so that you might enjoy your last precious hours on the Island.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
We offer a 24 hour courtesy hold on your reservation. If you cancel your reservation anytime after the courtesy hold period, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of your first night's stay. Minimum $25. Cancellations within 30 days of travel forfeit the deposit unless we rebook the room. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are responsible for the entire booking unless we can re-rent the room.

Reservations must be secured with a one night deposit via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express or by full prepayment. Two night minimum required for June-September and for holidays.

Pets are welcome in our cottages. Friday Harbor is a pet-friendly community with plenty of parks - one located just across the street from us - for dog walking. There is a $25 cleaning charge per pet.
