Marilyn & Gary were exceptionally friendly and created a beautiful, relaxing environment for us to enjoy. Our own separate accommodations with a jetted bath tub was extremely clean and comfortable. The common area was well stocked and we truly loved the peaceful outdoor space to soak up the beauty of the area. Marilyn keeps a wonderful garden and Gary plays a wonderful tune on his guitar! After a day of hiking the Ape Caves, it was a pleasure to come back to such a 'home like' atmosphere. We definitely will stay with the Monforts again and highly recommend everyone to stay at their lovely place. You can't beat the rates for such a nice place and it's topped with the special attention and friendliness of the Monforts!

Great location and atmosphere only exceeded by the personable personalities of the owners Marilyn and Gary. Clean rooms, jacuzzi tub is perfect after hiking Mt. St. Helens. Kithen and open area give you the feeling you are at home. Wonderful flower gardens and the hummingbirds feeding at the feeder were an extra treat. We'll be back!

A quiet, private evening in a clean, comfortable atmosphere was ours at Monfort's. It's room with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi was an excellent value. The couple who run Monfort's were very friendly. We felt right at home.

This inn is located in a beautiful, quiet area that makes a perfect getaway retreat for leaving stress & the busy life behind. Gorgeous river & lake areas provide for fishing & water sport activities in serene settings. The inn provides a private, come & go as you please setting. A kitchenette area allows for providing your own meals or the choice of dining out in a country setting or in the nearby town of Woodland. The owners are sweet, friendly people who aim to please. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was cozy with a huge bathroom, and the common area was very inviting. The hosts were very friendly and accepting of our early-morning departure plans. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The owners are very friendly, actually Marilyn reminds me of my mother, which is great. The accomodations leave me with a feeling of home. The air outside is crisp and the location is great. I especially liked the hummingbirds other birds that seemed to enjoy their bird feeders. There was also a jet bathtub I enjoyed and a selection of movies to choose from. I'd stay there again if I were to visit the area at another time. It's clean and roomy.

I have stayed at the Monforts B&B several times and have thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. Mr. and Mrs. Monfort are a wealth of knowledge regarding the area.
