In Woolwine, VA the Dutchies View Bed & Breakfast is located on a grassy knoll enabling an unsurpassed panoramic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed to the fullest extent from the over sized windows in our bedrooms or from a spacious deck outside.
Each one of our inn's six comfortable bedrooms has full private baths, central heat and air-conditioning. The Seaside Slumber room is perfect for families offering two twin-sized beds, with pillow top mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton sheets.
Enjoy our large country breakfasts with all homemade breads and jams served with fruit bowls and juices along with a great main course meal that might consist of fluffy lemon ginger pancakes, pumpkin spice Belgian waffles, or a fluffy omelet loaded with the works. |

Check In Policy: |
Check in is 3PM to 8PM other arrivals must be arranged in advance. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check out is 11AM. You don't have to leave the property; we just need to be able to clean the room. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Cancellations 7 days or less from arrival will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations made the day of arrival or "no shows" will result in the loss of deposit as well as the monies due for the extent of the entire stay. Cancellations must be made with a person at the Inn. If a cancellation is made by email it will not be honored until someone has sent back an acceptance of the cancellation from our Inn, which may not occur immediately. Bad weather either at the Inn or from the place of origin is not sufficient cause for cancellation. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee on any cancellation at anytime. |

Deposit Policy: |
One night deposit or 50% of total stay, whichever is greater, is required with all reservation. |

We have two lovely dogs, Dutchies the Gordon Setter and Daisy the Dauschund. We also have a new addition to the family Piggy Sue our Delute Calico Kitten |

Our property is a non-smoking facility inside, however there are ash cans located on the porches and decks for your convenience. Candles are not allowed in any rooms. |
