We welcome you to the Tree Streets Inn, a 1914 colonial-revival B&B, presented with "PROPERTY BEAUTIFICATION AWARD" by the City of Waynesboro, VA. We are situated within the “Crossroads of the historic central Shenandoah Valley” and are located just 3 miles from the junction of the famous Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway (Mile Post 0).

We are inspected and approved by the Bed & Breakfast Association of Virginia.

Make us "your home away from home" as you enjoy all that the area has to offer. Our B&B is ideally situated for “day-tripping” and is just minutes from all the natural outdoor wonders of the Blue Ridge Mountains of western Virginia (biking on the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking the Appalachian Trail, numerous side trails in the Shenandoah National Park, and Grand Caverns, just to mention a few). Only 25 miles to the east is Charlottesville with it’s historic homes of 3 of America’s first 5 presidents (Thomas Jefferson/Monticello, James Madison/Montpelier, and James Monroe/Ashlawn-Highland) and Jefferson‘s pride and joy, the University of Virginia. A short distance to the west brings you to Staunton, home of the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace and Presidential Library, the renowned Blackfriars Shakespearean Playhouse and American Frontier Culture Museum. And 45 minutes to the south you can be in historical Lexington (Stonewall Jackson country) and the Natural Bridge (one of the 7 wonders of the natural world). You will also be just minutes from many of western Virginia’s finest award-winning wineries and microbreweries, and in the midst of ‘antiquer’s heaven” for which the Valley is renowned.

Tree Streets Inn offers you a soothing getaway in this most beautiful part of Virginia and welcomes you with an abundance of warmth and hospitality. Upon arriving, guests are embraced by a spectacular Bridal Staircase, while the library and Great Room invite you to relax, enjoy a book, play a game of chess, or simply bask in the casual elegance of turn-of-the-century furnishings. In season, take a refreshing dip in our pool or relax in the swing on our breeze-cooled veranda. A full breakfast is served in the dining room with a seasonal entrée, fresh fruits, home-made granola, juice, coffee and/or tea. Or you can opt out of the traditional sit-down breakfast and we will deliver a continental breakfast basket to your room. Upon request, we will accommodate, vegetarian, gluten-free, and diabetic needs.

Free high-speed wireless internet is available.

We were incredibly impressed with the location (close to the Virginia wine trail and the Shenandoah skyline drive), the wonderfully updated decor and cleanliness of the home and grounds! They even have a good sized outdoor in-ground pool! The owners pay a lot of attention to details and it shows. They love what they do. We will definitely go back and refer friends and family.

Bill and Nickie were wonderful hosts, and the accommodations were superb. They gave us a synopsis of the house and local community, and recommended some fine entertainment. We had a very nice dinner at the Green Leaf Bar and Grill, and afterward, we saw a jazz trio at the Gateway. The following morning, we were treated to a good breakfast (which was amended to accommodate some special dietary needs), and then we relaxed outside (on the porch) and inside (in a our reading room). All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and we hope to go there again.
