We were the only guests on the night we stayed, so it was very quiet. The hosts are delightful and interesting people, and the food was truly excellent! We enjoyed touring vineyards and breweries in the area.

Linda and Wayne were wonderful hosts. We stayed in the Rose Room, which was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The waffles they served at breakfast were the best we've ever had. We would definitely stay again! Doug & Cindy from Bend, OR.

Absolutely wonderful!! The house and yard was beautiful, I felt at home from the moment we stepped on the large inviting porch. We stayed just for one night on our way to North Carolina. I wished we had stayed longer.
I will be back! Wayne and Linda were delightful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was welcoming from the start with the birds flocking around the feeder and the beautiful flowers and porch. Wayne gave us a tour and the home's story. Our suite was lovely and I enjoyed reading the history of the room and some of the individual pieces of furniture. Wayne recommended the perfect restaurant for our dinner and gave us a coupon to use. Despite being booked completely with guests, all was quiet and peaceful within the house. The breakfast was beautifully presented and actually rated more than a five star review. All the guests dined together and we enjoyed the company and conversation. We all welcomed the resident cat, Mosby to the table and she allowed each to give her a scratch of the head and then moved on to her other household duties. We would definately visit again when returning to Waynesboro.

This small Victorian inn is charmingly decorated, clean, and wonderfully refreshing! With many amenities - pool, wireless internet, three-course breakfast, 24-hr coffee/tea/hot water, fluffy robes, central A/C, etc - this B&B really lives up to your needs, expectations, and wildest dreams! Linda and Wayne are wonderfully gracious, extremely helpful, down-to-earth, available, and personable - my boyfriend and I had a great many silly little questions and requests, and they were all answered and fulfilled. We used Belle Hearth as an outpost for our hikes and excursions in the Shenandoah Valley, and on the days that we left too early to make breakfast, they even packed us a wonderfully breakfast bag to take with us on the road!
