Princess Anne
Make your way up the 21" wide gorgeous oak spiral staircase to the private porch which offers a glimpse of beautiful morning sunrises. New Castle
As one of the largest rooms in the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast, the Newcastle is elegantly designed with a King bed, sleeper chair and gorgeously tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. You will feel pampered the minute you step foot in The Newcastle.

The Hilltop House welcomes you and your family to unpack, relax and unwind! Reconnect among the gorgeous 'coastal living' furnishings which include two Queen Size beds, desk with data port and luxurious amenities throughout.

Waverly
Situated on the first floor with fantastic views of the garden and features a Queen Size bed. Stunning jetted tub and rainfall shower provide maximum comfort and relaxation. Get lost in the luxury.

Albermarle
The Albemarle room has more than spacious charm with a King size bed, data port desk and lots of gorgeous natural light exuding from the south. It's beautifully appointed bathroom with a private steam shower will rejuvenate your soul after playing on the beach, running on the boardwalk or relaxing with a book.

Breakers
The Breakers welcome guests to stretch out in the Queen size bed and feel pampered in the gorgeous modern bathroom. This cozy room features classic antiques and vintage post card wall hangings.
