Check in time is anytime after 3:00 PM. Please notify us of your estimated time of arrival, as we want to be here to greet you. Guests usually call again an hour before arrival so I can hustle back to the Inn if I am shopping for fresh fruits & veggies to prepare your breakfast.

Check out time is 11 AM. Late check out is offered if the room you are occupying does not have incoming guests on the same day.

$25 processing fee for all cancellations per room per night, regardless of when you cancel or the reason. Cancellations or changes must be made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date to receive a refund, less the $25 cancellation-processing room fee. Cancellations made 13 to 8 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the 50%deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount. Early departures will be responsible for the full reservation. If we are able to fill your canceled dates, you may reschedule and will only be charged the $25 cancellation-processing fee. A minimum nights stay may be required. Rates based on double occupancy (taxes not included).

Fifty (50) percent of total bill will be held for deposit at time of booking. If payment is made by check, it must be received 14 days prior to arrival date and the balance will be due upon arrival by cash, money order, travelers check, VISA or Mastercard. We offer cash discounts!
