Alpine Hideaway Bed & Breakfast is situated on the highest point in the Shenandoah Valley in Steels Tavern, VA with views of the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains. All three cottages have all the latest amenities which include a hot tub on your secluded back deck, fully appointed kitchens, 32" screen satellite TV/VCR, movie library and CD player. We're two minutes from McCormick's Farm and one minute from fishing! (It's our pond), or try one of our nearby rivers ~ trout stocked all year. And there's always antiquing in the area.
Ten minutes away you'll find a "Drive In Movie", Springdale Water Gardens, Wade's Mill, Buffalo Springs Herb Farm, Rockbridge Vineyard & Blue Ridge Parkway. We're very near P. Cancellation Policy: |
Your deposit will be returned if you shorten, change or cancel a reservation with 21 or more days notice. If you shorten, change or cancel a reservation within the 21 day period, you will be charged for the full amount of your original stay unless the cottage is rebooked for the period involved. A $30 processing fee will be deducted from any returned deposit. |

I have stayed at two of the three cottages at this inn and each time has been a delight. I will be back to stay in the third!

Very comfortable rooms with Jacuzzi for two!
Excellent breakfasts, almost too much to eat. Two of
the best dinners we ever have experienced. Very
enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

This B and B is OUTSTANDING!!!! Everything was so special, and Bill and Eileen do everything they can to make your visit special. The food is truly wonderful; Eileen is a master chef. If you go, be sure to book a dinner; you will not be dissappointed. Breakfasts can be served in your room or at a private table in the dining room. We felt so taken care of here. If you choose this B and B, you will have a wonderful, romantic, special time. We have been to several B and B, and this one has outstanding hospitality, far above any other we've visited. I can't wait to go back!
