Cancellation Policy:
Our Cancellation Policy is 7 days prior to arrival date by the 3:00 P.M. and a refund of your $100.00 deposit will be issued. Cancellations after that time will unfortunately result in forfeiture of your deposit. The policy will be adjusted for treacherous weather or serious emergencies; under these circumstances if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hour period, we will issue a gift certificate that you may use at a later date.
