Come for a day, a weekend, or a week to our Shenandoah Valley cottage. Bring the children 8 and over and the dog, or come with another couple. The Ashwood Hill Cottage is a fully furnished two story log home, with two bedrooms, two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with digital satellite television, VCR, DVD, and stereo, and a wood-burning Vermont Castings fireplace/stove, laundry facilities available for longer stays.

Located in Rockbridge Baths Virginia, the cottage in just minutes from Lexington VA. One bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the other with twin beds that may be joined into one large one, a particularly nice way for two couples to enjoy the cottage. Guests can enjoy wrap around porches, and a hot tub on deck.

Located in the Shenandoah Valley between historic Lexington and Staunton, on 30 private acres of meadows and woodlands, and near scenic Goshen Pass, Natural Bridge, Rockbridge Vineyard and Buffalo Springs Herb Farm.

Check In Policy:
Check-in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Later self check-in by arrangement. Early check-in often possible by prior arrangement.
Check Out Policy:
Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out possible by prior arrangement and subject to change.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund, less a $25 service charge, will be made if cancellation is received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date, thirty (30) days for weeklong stays, holidays and special events. If cancellation is made within fourteen days, we will either (1) refund your deposit, less the service charge, if we are able to rebook the dates, or (2) issue a gift certificate in the amount of the deposit good toward a future stay of greater than two (2) nights in the event we are unable to rebook the dates. This gift certificate will be valid for one (1) year from the date of cancellation and may not be used on holidays, special event dates or in October. Sorry, there are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Deposit Policy:
50% deposit due on reservation. A credit card number is taken to hold the reservation, but deposits are made by check.
Pets Welcome
We are happy to welcome guests with dogs. There is a charge of $25 the first night, $5 each subsequent night for the first dog; $15 for the first night and $5 each subsequent night for additional dogs.
