The "COTTAGE" has a private entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area and fireplace down stairs. Upstairs is the bedroom that boast a queen size bed loaded with feather pillows and quilts. We guarantee a great nights rest!
GRANDMA NANA'S ROOM is a cozy room in the main house with a private bath and fireplace. Queen size wrought iron bed with quilts and feather pillows wraps you in comfort. Every inch of the rooms whisper welcome to the slow pace of country life.
Both THE COTTAGE and GRANDMA NANA'S ROOM offer central air and heat.

Each mornin' breakfast is served in the main house dinning room. We use only the freshest ingredients from our local garden and the local farmers markets. Our hens will deliver eggs every 24 hours... now that is fresh!

Check In Policy:
|

4pm until 8pm for Nana's Room first day check-ins only. If you are later then 8:00 your first night reservations is lost with no refunds or credit. If you need a later check-in reserve the cottage. 4pm to 8 pm for the cottage or after 8pm you have a self check-in to the cottage with your hosts, Dianna and Bob, meeting you the next morning at breakfast.

11:00am. If you need extended time, we will try to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy:
|
|
If you cancel your reservation a $25.00 service charge for each day of your reservation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours or later of your check-in date the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
* Total balance for James Madison University graduation and family week-end will be accepted at time of booking your rooms. There are NO REFUNDS for James Madison University graduation or family week-end.
