Welcome to the Inn at Riverbend in Pearisburg, Virginia! Located just minutes from the Appalachian Trail, VA Tech, and Blacksburg, we invite you to experience this incredible setting with breathtaking views of the New River. Designed, constructed and opened in the Spring of 2003, Inn at Riverbend offers spacious, wraparound decks and terraces, a platform in the sun, a hammock and Adirondack chairs in the woods, and plenty of spaces to enjoy the panoramic views, bird watch and even spot a deer or two in the lower meadow!
It's the perfect setting to escape the rigors of work or to celebrate a special occasion! Bring your friends or family for a gathering or a reunion! Create lasting memories with your loved ones by sharing your wedding vows on the lower platform overlooking the river.

Relax on arrival with afternoon refreshments including freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, toffee brownies, peach iced tea and lemonade.
Freshly prepared full breakfast each morning includes a first course of seasonal fruit, home-baked goods, fresh juices and hot coffee, followed by a hot entree such as ham and cheese strudel, made to order omelets, or Belgian waffles with fresh fruit syrup. Special diets can be accommodated with notice.

Check in is between 3 and 7 PM. If your plans will cause you to arrive after 7 PM, please contact us to make arrangements. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check out time is 11:00am unless a late checkout time is arranged. Fee for late checkout is $25 per hour or part of. |
Cancellation Policy: |
Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Holidays and special events weekends at VT and Radford including football games require 30 day notice. There after, deposits will be refunded less a $25 processing fee only if the room is rebooked. Deposits for packages will not be refunded if cancellation is received less than 5 days prior. Group reservations require a 60 day cancellation to insure a refund of the deposit. |

Reservations are guaranteed with an advance deposit equal to a one night's rate plus the cost of any packages, payable with cash, personal check or credit card. |

Pets Living At Inn:
Yes |
Reeses and Jackson also live on the property and may visit the Inn during the day. They are not allowed in guest rooms and do not sleep in the inn overnight. |

We are a smoke free property and do not allow smoking inside the inn or on the common decks. Smoking is permitted on the front deck and away from the main building. |

I have traveled a lot, but the view from The Inn @ Riverbend is astounding. You just want to stand there and soak it in. The Inn itself is very attractive, well furnished, and the service and breakfast cannot be beat. The hiking options in the region are endless. The local scenery is a visual feast. If that is not enough, a few of the nearby restaurants have live music worth listening to. I stayed 4 nights and felt like I had been away from "the world" for much longer; truly the sign of an good vacation.

The Inn at Riverbend is a wonderful, romantic place. Sunrise brought mist across the valley with views of the river and a beautiful sunrise over the mountains. Couldn't ask for more in that department. Top that off with great outdoor activities in the New River Valley, great restaurants, tasty breakfasts and warm staff. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend away with my wife.

I loved my stay at the Inn at Riverbend and highly recommend it -- there is nothing I would change (except stay longer). When I woke up I felt like I was in the Web site -- the views were that spectacular. I stayed in the McKenzie Room (gorgeous) but was lucky enough to get a quick tour to see a few of the other rooms when they were not occupied and they were all immaculate and fabulous. The breakfast when I was there was French toast with stewed apples, fruit and sausage -- sounds heavy but it was light, yet filling and wholesome yet delicious. Every time I think of my stay I smile and occasionally I’ve gone back just to look at the Web site and the views as I “virtually vacation” until I can visit again!
