Built in 1860, Chestnut Hill Bed & Breakfast has been skillfully renovated to preserve the master craftsmanship of this renowned historic home. As a result of the extensive six year renovation combined with being professionally decorated provides our guests with an opportunity to appreciate the past while enjoying the comforts of the present. There are only two guest rooms per floor and each room offers a private bath with hairdryers, quality toiletries, pillow-top beds dressed in triple-sheeted superior quality cotton linens, lush cozy spa robes, HD flat screen televisions and Wi-Fi Internet access. Extra special touches may include fresh cut flowers, bottled flat or sparkling water and home-made tea-time treats & confections. Check-in is between 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. |
Check Out Policy: |
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. With prior arrangements, we will honor a late check out when possible and upon your request. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate your schedule. |
Cancellation Policy: |
We have a 10 day written cancellation policy, or 21 days for holidays or group reservations. Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $35.00 service fee) if at least 10 days notice is given. For cancellations with less than 10 days notice the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented. |

Well-behaved and adult-supervised children five years and older are welcome and are charged as an additional guest. |
Deposit Policy: |
For all reservation made with greater than 10 days advance notice, we require a deposit of 50% of the total charge at the time of reservation with the balance due upon arrival. For all reservations made with 10 days or less advance notice, the total charge is due at time of reservation. |
Pets Welcome |
We welcome well-behaved dogs and have one room available on our lower-level for you to bring up to two pets. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the room and you are responsible for any damages. There is a $25 daily fee for the first dog and $15 for an additional dog. |
