Cancellation Policy:

There is a 25$ service fee for cancellations made at least 14 days before your arrival time. The balance of your deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation is made during the 14 days before your arrival time, the entire cost of your stay is due unless we can rebook your room. If we are able to rebook your room we will be happy to apply your deposit to a future visit, within one year and based on availability.

We welcome children four (4) and older. Younger children may be accepted with prior approval. Parents or their designee are responsible for supervising their children. We do not have cribs or highchairs. Babysitting services may be arranged with advance notice.

In order to confirm your reservation we require a deposit of the greater of one night or 50% of the total charge for your visit.

We have outdoor cats that reside at the inn. Coalby, the Pomeranian, and Freckels, the Cocker Spaniel, reside in the inn. We also have a Parrot named Baby that resides inside the inn.
