Ivy Creek Farm Bed and Breakfast, an eight-acre country estate, is located in a lovely and historic area in the outskirts of the city of Lynchburg, VA.
The inn offers 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bath, queen or king - size bed and generous amenities. Each room has a unique ambience and is furnished with antiques and reproduction period furniture that provide both comfort and elegance.
Each day we prepare an extravagant multi-course breakfast for you. Sleep in and enjoy breakfast served at the civilized hour of 9 am. Breakfast is served in our dining room or on our porch when weather permits. Coffee or tea is available for early risers. If your plans require an early breakfast, a self-serve continental breakfast is available by prior arrangement with your hosts. Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.

To give us time to adequately prepare your accommodations and provide refreshments, check-in is 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Other times can be arranged with prior notice. Late arrival charges may apply if there is not adequate notice.

Checkout time is by 11:00AM.

Cancellation Policy:
|
Ivy Creek Farm is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation, please CALL us at least fifteen days (15) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fifteen (15) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. |

Deposit Policy:
|
|
Check availability or telephone us toll free at 800-689-7404 between 10:00AM and 10:00PM EST to check availability and arrange for deposit by check or credit card. Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of your total reservation, whichever is greater. You will receive written confirmation of your reservation by mail or e-mail. Two-night minimum stay is required on most weekends, holidays, and area special events. Some holidays and events require a three-night minimum stay.
