Welcome to The Lovettsville Bed & Breakfast located in the northernmost town of Loudoun County in Lovettsville, Virginia. The 100+ year old farm house has been renovated and enlarged. Guests will enjoy comfortable bedrooms with private baths and fireplaces, a balcony/deck area; beautiful landscaping; and rural country views. Fresh flowers, along with breakfast and pastries to satisfy your appetite, which are prepared by the owners, are just a few of the things to look forward to at the B&B.

Nestled in Lovettsville Virginia, the inn is located just one hour from Washington DC, one hour from Baltimore MD, fifteen minutes from Harpers Ferry WV, and just five minutes from the Potomac River. There are several historic battlefields in the area such as Antietam, Balls Bluff and Monocacy. Cyclists and horse enthusiasts alike will enjoy the scenic Potomac River, the C&O canal trail, and the paved W&OD trail. Canoeing, boat rentals and fishing are attractions at Whites Ferry's picnic and barbecue grounds.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is returned if notice is given 10 days or more prior to arrival date. If notice is given less than 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-book the room(s) or you wish to apply it to a future stay. No shows (cancellations without notice) will be charged the entire amount of the reserved stay. Reservations of three or more rooms require a thirty day cancellation notice.

Deposit Policy:
A single night's stay deposit is required upon reservation, preferably by credit card although a personal check is acceptable. Final payment is due upon departure. Minimum deposit is $25.00 per day, per room.

Limited accommodations for guest pets (Our dogs do not like small animals other than dogs) Pets can be accommodated for a fee of $25.00 per night by prior arrangement. Any damage caused by occupant's pet is the responsibility of the owner of the pet.
