Welcome to Cedar Pointe Bed and Breakfast on beautiful Smith Mountain Lake. We offer a lakefront suite of rooms (equiped with wireless high-speed internet) which includes two large bedrooms, a bathroom (sheets and towels supplied), great room, kitchen, screened porch, patio, spacious dock, beautiful views, and the clear waters of Smith Mountain Lake.
We offer the best of both worlds – for those who want the Bed & Breakfast experience a delicious breakfast is prepared by request; and for those looking for a Vacation Rental, use your private guest kitchenette to prepare breakfast at your leisure.
There is a private launching ramp and room for your boat or jet ski at our deep-water dock. Here you can enjoy your favorite water sports or simply relax. Perhaps you would like to play golf, just ten minutes away. The Smith Mountain Lake State Park, only 15 minutes away, offers nature trails, wildlife lectures, and other programs for the whole family, as well as a beautiful sandy beach. Poplar Forest (Thomas Jefferson's summer home), the WW II D-Day Memorial in Bedford, and Booker T. Washington National Park are just some of the nearby places to visit.
