Lovely room, chocolate chip cookies and brownies,the fireplace in the den and feeling of coming home. We felt welcomed and taken care of. One of the best experiences in a B&B I've ever had.

We stayed at the Hummingbird Inn for our One-Year Wedding Anniversary. It was the perfect getaway from our normal hustle and bustle. We weren't able to go on our honeymoon due to my having chemotherapy, so this was our first time away in over two years! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hummingbird Inn. The house was decorated beautifully and comfortably. We honostly felt we were in our fantasy home. The gardens were gorgeous and very well maintained. The food and service from the owner's was impeccable! The history in the house and surrounding town was very intriguing and educational. The trains come and go throughout the day. If you close your eyes, you can see yourself back in the last 1800's. This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, and we couldn't have had a better time anywhere else!!
