Garden Area The Grounds outside the inn, over an acre of landscaped gardens and lawn, filled with perennials, trees, and shrubs, makes for pleasant strolling. Eleanor Roosevelt Room Recently updated with a king-sized bed and new bath, this remains the same large and comfortable room it was in 1935 when Eleanor Roosevelt stayed here while visiting the textile mill in Goshen. The small bathroom - complete with a basketful of toilet articles, a hair dryer and plush robes - now features an oversized double shower for two, with dual showerheads.

Robinson Guest Room Set farther back from the front of the house than the other rooms, the Robinson offers separate access to the second floor veranda from its "reading nook". The bedroom features a queen-size iron bed, comfortable wing chair with reading lamp, a cozy, Victorian-style fireplace stove, and an antique oak washstand. The small, private, hallway/reading nook adds additional space with a chaise lounge for relaxing and a vanity with mirror.

Teter ~ Wood Guest Room Gracious in proportions, it features a handmade cherry Shaker-style, pencil post queen-size bed, comfortable seating and a new bathroom with a ceramic tile shower - complete with a basketful of toiletries, a hair dryer, and plush robes. A cozy electric fireplace stove sits on the old hearth. The Teter-Wood room may be entered from a private doorway on the side of the house, and has limited handicap access.

Alleghany Guest Room The Alleghany features a queen-size pencil post bed with canopy, a love seat that can become a twin bed, comfortable armchairs in front of a the hearth with fireplace stove, garden views, and afternoon sunshine. The spacious and luxurious bathroom - complete with a basketful of toilet articles, a hair dryer, and plush robes - includes a large whirlpool tub/shower combination, with oak and brass appointments.
