Check-in is 3:00 PM. No early check in is permitted unless arranged beforehand.

Check out time is 12:00 PM. Please be prompt about checking out as we will have to prepare the cabin for other guests. We ask that you place all trash in kitchen receptacle, place all wet linens in the bathtub, wash and put away any dishes, set the thermostat to 55, secure all windows and doors, and return the key the office. We ask that you leave the cabin in the same condition as your arrival. Excessive cleaning or damage will result in additional charges.

All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by the person listed on the reservation. If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days of arrival date all deposited monies will be non-refundable. Fiddler's Roost cannot be responsible for inclement weather, illness, etc. Your cabin has been blocked for the number of nights on the reservation, we cannot issue a refund for late arrivals or early departures.

All reservations require at least a deposit equal to one night or 50% of total stay -- whichever is greater to reserve. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Customers paying with cash will be required to make advanced refundable deposit of $200.00. Upon a clear inspection of the cabin all deposited monies will be refunded.
