Prospect Hill Plantation Inn is a Historic 1732 former plantation with elegant lodgings in manor house and dependencies offering breakfast-in-bed, working fireplaces, fine dining by candlelight daily. Sheehan family operated since 1977 with many national awards. The dining room serves elegant four course dinners each evening by reservation.
The grounds at Prospect Hill are magnificent with many of the 1840 Arboratum trees, including the rarest magnolia in the United States. There is a lovely swimming pool with shade pavilion as well as many private places to relax on almost 50 acres of grounds as well as a large Garden Pavilion for quiet reflection, the site of many wedding ceremonies at Prospect Hill which enjoys a reputation as one of the premier wedding and small meeting locations in Virginia. A large white tent will house the wedding reception of your dreams among ancient trees overlooking still meadows.
