If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will forfeit your entire deposit. On all cancellations that transpire prior to the 14 day deadline, a $50.00 administrative fee will be applied, with the remaining balance of the advance deposit refunded to the guest within 15 days |
