Chateauware Bed & Breakfast is the perfect starting point for your vacation located in Southwestern Virginia in a beautiful town we call Boones Mill. Within an easy 25 minute drive you can enjoy fine dining, golf, big lake fishing, museums, farmers market, shopping and entertainment. Centrally located, Chateauware Bed & Breakfast is the perfect place to stay when attending college functions. We are located between Ferrum College, Hollins College, Roanoke College and Virginia Tech.

In the ideal location Chateauware Bed & Breakfast provides lodging accommodations for your next vacation. Come relax with us in the quaint & quiet small town atmosphere of Boones Mill village in Franklin County, Virginia. Our B & B guests may choose between the Carriage House, a private cottage accommodation, or Peck’s and Gran’s Rooms located in the Manor House. Ann is an avid quilter and you will see many different quilts throughout the property. She will be happy to share her passion as well as some quilting tips with you.

All of our bed and breakfast guests have access to the recreation room in the Manor House. Where you can enjoy satellite TV, try your hand a variety of board games, or just take in the beautiful views North, East and West.

Full breakfast-fresh fruit/juices, homemade breads, Waffles, muffins or biscuits. Sausage, bacon or ham with eggs, prepared your way. Side dish of potatoes or real fried cheese. Fresh ground coffee. We do try to accommodate all dietary requests

We do have a dog at the Inn. He name is Max. Max is not allowed around the guest unless they approve. There are two outdoor cats. Frances and Muffin will be roaming around the yards.
