Preferred check-in time at the inn is 4:00 - 6:00 PM. We will do our best to accommodate earlier or later arrival times with advance notice.

Check-out time is 11 AM. Early departures will be charged for the entire reservation.

In the event you need to cancel more than 14* days prior to your arrival date, your deposit minus a $50.00 processing fee will be refunded. If cancellation is made within 14* days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. *Special Note - Reservations of three rooms or more as well as those during peak periods (fall foliage, holiday weekends, and the Christmas/New Year week) require cancellation no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations during Dartmouth graduation period (June 8-11, 2012) require cancellation no later than 6 months prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in (considered to be 4PM on date of check-in) are responsible for full payment for the entire reservation. We will make every attempt to rebook the room and, if able to do so, will honor a more lenient cancellation policy.

Deposits of 50% guarantee a reservation (100% for a one-night request), but are not transferable.
