Such a calm, welcoming atmosphere, warm hospitality, the owners gave great recommendations for shopping, eating, attractions. The location was perfect for me, the wedding I was there for was across the bridge - 5 minutes. There's a diverse library and they let me play with Daisy Doo, the Inn mascot, a sweet wheaten terrier. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely stay here. Thanks

My husband and I stayed at this inn for 2 nights and had a great time. The decor of the inn was whimsical and eclectic. It had a different vibe compared to the other b&b's we've booked throughout the years. I quite liked how the owners' personalities shone through the pieces and books displayed throughout the house. Their library was amazing. David and Dora were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They gave us suggestions on things to do since it was our first time around the area. Also, it was fun to hear the stories that paired with their recommendations. I appreciated the snacks and candies they had around the house. Breakfast was delicious too. They offered organic and homemade yogurts, compote, muesli, etc.. plus their menu and condiments had a British flair. I also appreciated the plush robes, green products, and organic and soft bedding in our room. One thing to keep in mind.. the first room upon entering the inn is a long mud room. You will need to take your shoes off in this room and either walk around shoe-less or change into the slippers they offer. It wasn't a dealbreaker since this is what I do in my own house lol. It was a first for me as a hotel/inn guest. They keep the inn very clean and it was a little nice to know that the floors were clean enough to walk around barefoot if one chooses. What else can I say? Wifi was a little spotty for us in the Lincoln room but it worked a majority of the time. Also, we timed our walk to the town center. At a leisurely pace, we got to the nearest shop in 8 minutes.. not too bad! Would definitely stay here again

This was a memorable stay at a remarkable bed and breakfast. Dora and David were warm and welcoming hosts. The room was immaculate, the bed so comfortable and the breakfast - with a decided British bent - was delicious.

Our stay at the Woodstocker was exactly what one hopes for when planning a trip into the country at a cozy B&B. David and Dora were incredible hosts, always ready with plentiful information about the local scene & restaurant recommendations, and their lively and welcoming personalities made us feel more like we were staying with great friends than at just another inn. The B&B itself is bright, clean and airy with plenty of space to relax, read, etc. The library has a great collection of books to peruse, and the dining room area is airy and bright with plenty of books and artwork (all with a great sense of humor) to look through. The bedrooms we stayed in were large and open, with what seem to be recently updated bathrooms - lots of space and gorgeous tiles. The beds and bed linens were extraordinarily comfortable! Breakfasts were heavenly, with all local fresh ingredients. David is an excellent cook! Perhaps the best part of all, the cherry on top, is Daisy Doo, the 14-year-old Wheaton Terrier rescue who is quite possibly the most adorable, loving, sweet, soulful canine I've ever met. I couldn't stop cuddling her - what a love! All together, we had a lovely time and would not hesitate to come back - in fact, we had a hard time leaving! Thank you all for a wonderful, memorable stay.
