Not many homes have a 30' by 40' great hall with floor to ceiling fireplace, English honey oak paneling and a 5' by 15' massive table in their gathering room. Grand, yes, but with lots of intimate places to carry on private conversations.

Romantic Hideaway Award

The library is the logical place for quiet intimate conversation or to challenge your abilities at Scrabble. Take your pick, there are lots of games and time seems to stand still in this wonderful old room tucked into the West wing of our house. The library is so isolated you may have to be shown how to find it but once there you may never wish to leave.
