Should you cancel outside of 21 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, less a $20 administration fee. Should you cancel within 21 days, your entire deposit will be forfeited unless we can rebook your room so it does not result in a loss of business.. Upon rebooking the room, your deposit will then be refunded less the $20 administration fee. |

It doesn't get any more quintessential than the Inn at the Round Barn Farm. Set in a picturesque Vermont valley, the inn in winter is postcard-perfect! The rooms are rustic, yet warm and luxurious and the staff treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. While staying here, breakfast will be your favorite meal of the day. If you're lucky you'll get snowed in for an extra day as we did!
