Breakfast at Ten Acres is a simple, yet fulfilling affair. We are comitted to making sure no one goes away hungry. Imagine beignets from New Orleans, hot tea from England, scrambled eggs cooked with cream, bacon that is applewood smoked and fruit of all kinds. And of course, to go with French toast, one must always have Vermont Maple syrup (or as we call it, Vermont liquid gold!). You can also sample Ten Acres Hot Chocolate, a recipe made here at the lodge or our Cocoaccino (a combination of hot chocolate and coffee). And finally, we serve a unique blend of coffee from Louisiana.

Policies
Check In Policy:
Check in after 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Please call if you have to check in after 7:00 PM.
Check Out Policy:
Check out by 11:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you MUST do so more than 14 days ( 21 days for peak season reservations) before your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Or, you can take the option to use your deposit as a credit for a future stay at our Vermont Bed and Breakfast. Cancellations do incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Children: Children Welcome
Deposit Policy:
Ten Acres Lodge requires a deposit of 50% of your stay, plus tax, to hold your reservation. Extended stay deposits are 25%. One night stays are fully charged upon booking.
No Pets Allowed
We can accommodate small cats and dogs in our cottage but not in the rest of the inn.
Smoking: Outside
No smoking in any indoor areas.
