For a quarter of a century, Liberty Hill Farm Inn in Rochester, VT has opened it’s doors and hearts to guests from around the world. Many of our guests return year after year. Maybe it’s because of Beth’s incredible, home-cooked meals or the novelty of a genuine, working dairy farm. Perhaps it is the allure of the peace and quiet of this stunningly beautiful corner of Vermont or the chance to milk a real cow! Some come to celebrate anniversaries, others family reunions. Liberty Hill Farm offers the best of both world’s.
The farm is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts and those interested in cultural pursuits. History buffs also will enjoy the excellent local historical society, as well as the incomparable Shelburne Museum, near Burlington, and Billings Farm in Woodstock, among other destinations. Those interested in nature conservancy will find themselves immersed in it daily whether enjoying a wildflower walk, birding, mountain biking or hiking in the nearby Green Mountain Forest or on the Robert Frost Trail.
We have 4 guest bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 room with a full size bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, and 1 room has 5 single beds. There are 4 shared bathrooms. We have plenty of common areas for everyone to enjoy. Our guests like to peruse the books and games available, as well as enjoy visiting with each other.
