The romantic Reluctant Panther Inn & Restaurant is southern Vermont's newest small luxury hotel. The inn has been recently renovated and transformed into a chic boutique hotel offering elegant accommodations and fine dining in a sophisticated setting. Set in historic Manchester Village with views of Mount Equinox, the inn is conveniently 4˝ hours from New York City and 3˝ hours from Boston. Walk to RockResort spa, golf, shopping and four-season activities including golf, hiking, biking and tennis. Drive one mile to Manchester designer outlets, the Southern Vermont Arts Center, galleries, live theatre and restaurants, or travel twenty minutes to skiing at Bromley or Stratton Mountain.
All rooms and suites are newly refurbished with in-room fireplace (some with two), Jacuzzis tub á deux, internet access and exceptional views of the mountains. Rooms include a full breakfast with TV/DVD/CD Player, fluffy robes and turn down chocolates. Some rooms offer a private entrance, ideal for those traveling with children or a small dog. Cancellation Policy:

Shortening the length of your stay or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in loss of the deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. Deposits will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee per room) only if the cancellation notice is received by at least 30 days prior to arrival date. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation and whether or not the room is subsequently rented. If you rebook with us within two weeks of cancellation, we will apply the initial deposit and/or cancellation fee to your new deposit.
