Cancellation Policy:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. In the event of cancellation of a stay, advance deposits will be refunded according to the following schedule, which is based upon the date notice of cancellation is received and confirmed by the inn: At least 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date -- Full refund of deposit. At least 14 days but less than 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date -- Less 10% cancellation fee. At least 3 days but less than 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date -- Less 25% cancellation fee. Less than 3 days prior to confirmed arrival date -- No refund of deposit.
