This 1st floor "suite" occupies the entire north end of the house with an entrance off the side porch. It has a queen-sized iron bed and full-sized sofa bed, a wood stove, TV/VCR, in-room phone, butlers kitchen with microwave, small frige, coffee maker, and sink, and a table and chairs. The spacious en-suite bathroom a two-person whirlpool tub and separate shower.

The en-suite bathroom features a two-person whirlpool tub with shower.

A southeast corner room on the 2nd floor, this room's three windows offer outstanding views with the Green Mountains to the south and the beautiful gardens and woods to the east. This room is the most formally furnished, with its beautiful queen-sized canopied rice bed, antique chest of drawers, and old wide plank pine floors. It has a en-suite bathroom with shower and a TV/DVD.

An east-facing room on the 2nd floor, this room's windows overlook the beautiful gardens and woods behind the inn. Decorated with Vermont made quilts, it can be configured to either two twin beds or a king-sized bed. With burgundy shades to darken the room well for those wanting to sleep in, it contains an oak dresser, TV/VCR, and small refrigerator. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
