The Inn at Grace Farm of Fairfax, VT is a stunning example of the rich character, history and charm of Vermont. Sitting among pine trees high above sweeping valleys, the inn rests between spectacular Lake Champlain and the high peaks region of the Green Mountains in Vermont, just outside of the Champlain Valley.

The area is home to the most diverse and striking geography in New England. This is evident in the many waterfalls, like Moss Glen Falls and Bingham Falls and the falls of Brewster Gorge within short drives of the inn. This stretch of the Green Mountains from Jay Peak to Mount Mansfield to Camels Hump boasts the best skiing in New England (Jay Peak, Smugglers Notch and Stowe).

It is perhaps one of the most convenient locations in Vermont to plan a vacation to see the state because the inn is located near abundant outdoor activities provided by the rich geography. Skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, canoeing, hiking, biking, fishing are just some of the many pursuits our guests enjoy.

We believe in starting the day off right by providing a delicious breakfast in our quaint common area. Breakfast is between 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. daily. A small self-serve buffet makes it easy to sample a selection of fresh fruit and local organic produce. The innkeepers offer a combination of sweet and savory dishes that are sure to please everyone. If you are staying multiple nights, a new inviting main dish awaits you each morning. Selections of Green Mountain coffee, loose leaf tea, hot cocoa and are complimentary and available throughout the day. For dinner, we work with many fine local restaurants and can help you find just the right place to enjoy a romantic evening.

Check In Policy:
Check in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Self checkin is available for guest but please contact us at 802-242-4043 or email us at theinnatgracefarm@comcast.net to arrange this.
Check Out Policy:
Check out is 11 a.m.
Cancellation Policy:
We are a small inn so cancellations can have a deep financial impact on our business. Cancellations made within two weeks of the reservation will be refunded in full. Cancellation made less than two weeks in advance will result in complete forfeiture of the deposit if the room cannot be rebooked. If the room is rebooked to cover the days originally reserved within this last two weeks, then the deposit will be refunded, less a $50 rebooking fee. Thank you for your consideration to this policy.
