Tucked away in the charming village of Dorset, the Inn at West View Farm, once a working dairy farm, has welcomed guests for nearly a century. Our historic buildings have undergone loving restoration and await your arrival. All ten of the guest rooms at the Inn at West View Farm are furnished with country antiques and overlook the Vermont countryside: lush green in spring and summer, crimson in fall and peacefully sleeping under a blanket of snow in winter. Each guest room is air conditioned, has a full private bath and a comfortable sitting area.Our full country breakfast will fortify you for the day's activities. Ski, shop, hunt for antiques, fine art and crafts, or simply watch a movie from our video library.
Come experience the tranquility of a Vermont vacation. In summer, enjoy our wrap-around porch and the shade of the majestic maples which dot our grounds. Bicycling and hiking are popular in Dorset with many wooded trails from which to choose. In winter, cozy up to one of our two fireplaces or unwind in the tavern or our cheerful sunroom. Deposits will be forfeited if guests arrive after, or depart before the dates reserved. Refunds of the deposit less an administrative fee of $20 will be made for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, 30 days prior during holiday and certain peak periods. If cancellation is made with less than the required 14 or 30 days notice, the deposit less the administrative fee will be refunded only if the cancelled space is resold.

Minimum stays are required at certain times. We require an advance deposit equal to the daily room rate, or 50% of the total for stays longer than two nights. Deposits may be made by credit card or personal check. Deposits made by personal check must be received by us within 7 days of booking.
